Topeka ? Four local and area wrestlers competed Friday night at the 20th annual Senior Classic at the Kansas Expocentre.

The event features matches between competitors from big schools (Class 6A and 5A) and small schools (Class 4A and 3A).

Lawrence High’s Brandon Goodwin beat Phillipsburg’s Zach Ceman, 13-10, at 103 pounds.

Santa Fe Trail’s Josh Cauthon defeated Salina South’s Jeremy Plott, 5-3, in one of two matches at 140 pounds. The other saw Free State’s Marc Somers fall to Beloit’s Brad Estero, 14-6.

Mill Valley’s Tyler Williamson lost to Rose Hill’s Ryan Canale, 11-2, at 112 pounds.
