Renowned pianist to perform at KU
Contemporary pianist Anthony de Mare will give a recital this week at Kansas University.
De Mare will perform music of Frederic Rzewski, Lou Harrison, Meredith Monk, Jerome Kitzke, Daniel Bernard Roumain and more.
The free recital will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Swarthout Recital Hall, in KU’s Murphy Hall.
