Injury accidents

¢ Baldwin City police released the name of a 3-year-old child who was injured Friday afternoon when a television set fell at a Baldwin City home.

Berlon Muse remained in stable but critical condition at Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Mo., Baldwin City police Sgt. Gregg Schiffelbein said Saturday.

Emergency crews responded about 3:15 p.m. Friday to the home, which is at the intersection of U.S. Highway 56 and North Second Street. Schiffelbein said the incident is being investigated as an accident.
