¢ Police arrested a Lawrence woman on suspicion of aggravated burglary Sunday after she allegedly broke into a friend’s apartment on the 4100 block of West 24th Street.

Police said the woman already had been issued a notice to appear for criminal damage earlier in the evening, when the apartment’s resident notified police that the 22-year-old woman broke into his home while he was sleeping early Sunday and stole clothing.

Correction: An earlier version of this item indicated the victim was female.
