Friends of Skyler Price will hold a vigil outside of Oliver Hall at 8 p.m. tonight..

Price, a KU freshman and Free State High School graduate, was found dead in his Oliver Hall dorm room over the weekend. KU reported no signs of foul play, though a cause of death is pending the results of a toxicology test that was completed during an autopsy earlier this week. Friends maintain that the death was neither a suicide nor homicide, though they won’t elaborate further.

Aqmar Rahman, a friend of Price’s who has organized the vigil, said Waxman Candles agreed to donate candles for the vigil, but Rahman suggested people who have candles bring them because he didn’t know how many Waxman would provide.

Rahman said he had heard from 100 people who said they would attend, but he hoped as many as 500 would attend.
