Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ An employee of Amarr Garage Door, 3800 Greenway Circle, reported a $3,836 theft of several items from the shop to Lawrence police on Friday, including a gas generator, two digital cameras and a socket set. The crime occurred between 7 a.m. Nov. 1 and 10:30 a.m. Friday.

¢ A 47-year-old Lawrence man reported a burglary and theft to Lawrence police on Monday. Items reported stolen included a 36-inch Sony television, an office printer and a Compaq Presario computer. Estimated loss is $2,871. The crime occurred between 6 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Monday in the 100 block of North Michigan Street.

¢ A 30-year-old Lawrence man reported criminal vehicle damage to Lawrence police on Wednesday. The crime occurred between 10 p.m. Tuesday and 12:50 p.m. Wednesday in the 1000 block of George Court.

¢ The owner of Alvin’s Wine and Spirits, 901 Iowa, reported criminal damage to the liquor store on Wednesday. A glass window was damaged as well as a two Absolut vodka bottles. Total estimated loss is $3,058. The incident occurred between 11 p.m. Tuesday and 8:45 a.m. Wednesday.
