Overland Park ? After playing a 100-minute overtime game Monday night, the Lawrence High soccer team couldn’t muster much fight in Tuesday’s 3-0 loss to Shawnee Mission Northwest.

“Our kids were tired, and it showed,” coach David Platt said.

The Lions fell to 3-4-1 on the season. The junior varsity also lost, 4-1, and dropped to 2-4-2.

Both squads will play today at Shawnee Mission West.
