Topeka Lawrence High's girls tennis squad placed seventh among 10 teams Wednesday at the Topeka Invitational.
Lauren Kelly's fourth-place finish was the best showing for LHS. Kelly went 3-2 at No. 2 singles.
No. 1 singles player Kelly Morgan took ninth, the No. 1 doubles team of Joanna Wakeman and Becca Dirks was eighth, and the No. 2 doubles team of Lucy Liu and Yoshika Crider was sixth.
Washburn Rural won the event with 36 points. Lawrence finished with 17 points, ahead of Topeka Seaman, Topeka West and Shawnee Mission North.
