Police searched Tuesday for two suspects after a 45-year-old Lawrence man reported being robbed at knifepoint early Saturday.
The man reported Monday afternoon that two men broke into his residence in the 200 block of North Michigan Street, assaulted him and demanded money while threatening him with a knife.
The men then stole the man's Chevrolet Corsica, police said. Police learned about the incident after being called Monday to Lawrence Memorial Hospital, where the victim was treated for nonlife-threatening injuries.
The suspects are described as a white male and a black male.
