Law enforcement report

¢ A 31-year-old woman told the Douglas County Sheriff's office she was groped by a man who helped her fix her car Monday afternoon after it broke down on Kansas Highway 10. She said that after the man stopped on the road and helped her, he grabbed her and touched her inappropriately. She described him as a Hispanic man with a medium build driving a red and gray full-sized truck, possibly with a camper shell and Illinois tags.

¢ Police cited a 25-year-old man for disorderly conduct Monday afternoon after a clerk at Priscilla's adult novelty store, 1206 W. 23rd St, called police to report he was fondling himself in the store. Police said they're investigating whether the man was the same person whose behavior alarmed a clerk inside the store in a Sept. 21 incident.
