Steve Watson, customer operations supervisor for Aquila Inc. in Lawrence, has completed the company's Kaleidoscope professional development program. He participated in a graduation ceremony June 6 at Aquila headquarters in Kansas City, Mo.
Kaleidoscope is a five-month team mentoring program. Employees are selected based on their performance and leadership qualities. Watson, a Eudora resident, was one of three Kansas employees of Aquila to participate this year.
Watson joined Aquila in 2002 as a service technician and was promoted to customer operations supervisor in October.
