¢ Eudora police arrested two people early Sunday morning on charges associated with possession of methamphetamine.

De Soto resident Douglas Snowden, 53, was arrested and booked into Douglas County Jail on charges including possession of meth with intent to sell, criminal use of a weapon and other drug charges.

During a traffic stop, Officer Chris Casagrande said that Snowden was found with drugs, baggies, scales and an illegal weapon that led to the arrest.

In a related matter, Jillian Carrasco, 25, Eudora, also was arrested and booked into Douglas County Jail on charges including possession of meth with intent to sell.

¢ A Lawrence man was arrested early Sunday and booked into Douglas County Jail on charges of kidnapping, aggravated sexual battery and violating a restraining order. No further details were available Sunday night.
