Former White House Bureau Chief Helen Thomas will speak at the 2006 Emily Taylor and Marilyn Stokstad Women’s Leadership Lecture at 7:30 p.m. March 14 in Woodruff Auditorium in the Kansas Union at Kansas University.

The event is free and open to the public. It is sponsored by KU’s Hall Center for the Humanities.

Thomas, a Hearst Newspaper columnist, was a correspondent for United Press International for nearly 60 years.
