Kansas University’s Audio-Reader Network will offer a broadcast of the Rose Bowl Parade from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Jan. 1. The broadcast caters to the blind and visually impaired and will be available to listeners who have special Audio-Reader radios.
