Law enforcement report

¢ A 22-year-old patron at Cadillac Ranch, 2515 W. Sixth St., is suspected of touching an unidentified woman inappropriately inside the bar at 1:22 a.m. Friday. He and a 21-year-old male acquaintance, who is suspected of throwing a piece of ice at someone inside the bar about the same time, were given warnings for trespassing and told not to come back to the bar.

¢ Police arrested a 33-year-old Lawrence man early Sunday on suspicion of inappropriately touching a 29-year-old Lawrence woman and threatening a 29-year-old Lawrence man with a broken bottle at 23rd Street Liquor, 945 E. 23rd St.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ 1200 block of East 13th Street: A 38-year-old man and 36-year-old woman reported more than $5,000 worth of property, including a $2,540 video camera and a boom mike, stolen from their home between 9:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. Friday, according to a report.

¢ 2100 block of Kasold Drive: a 26-year-old Lawrence woman reported a $900 Toshiba laptop computer and $150 worth of DVDs stolen from her home between 7:45 p.m. Friday and 7:30 a.m. Saturday.

Injury accidents

¢ A 19-year-old Lawrence man was flown to the hospital with injuries early Sunday after a one-vehicle wreck at Quail Creek Drive and Tam O’Shanter Drive. Police are investigating whether alcohol played a role in the wreck.

Carlos Alvarado, 19, Lawrence, was driving a 2004 Oldsmobile north about 1:09 a.m. when he lost control and struck a sign, a tree and a 2006 Dodge Ram pickup truck parked in a driveway, according to a report. A passenger, Zachary Arnold, 19, was flown by air ambulance to a Kansas City-area hospital.

Alvarado and two other passengers, Christopher Hernandez, 19, and Daniel Hernandez, 23, were treated at the scene.
