Law enforcement report

¢ A 14-year-old girl told police a man in a vehicle exposed himself to her while she walked to the bus stop Tuesday morning in northern Lawrence. The man was described as a white male in his 40s with a brown beard. The vehicle was described as a maroon 1990s model two-door car.

¢ Lawrence police are investigating a report that a 4-year-old girl may have been touched inappropriately by a 28-year-old male acquaintance during January and February in eastern Lawrence.

Injury accident

¢ An Oskaloosa woman was injured in a three-vehicle accident Wednesday evening on Interstate 70 in Topeka.

According to a Kansas Highway Patrol report, at 7:15 p.m., Mary L. Hulse, 55, was a passenger in a 1998 Chevrolet driven by Mark C. Hulse, Oskaloosa. The Hulses’ car struck a vehicle that had tried to move around a separate, noninjury accident about one mile west of the Gage Boulevard exit. A third vehicle also struck the Hulses’ car.

Hulse, who was wearing her seat belt, was taken to Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka. The highway patrol reported no other injuries. A condition update was not available Thursday.
