Emporia ? Two Lawrence High girls tennis doubles teams earned victories as the Lions finished in eighth place at the Emporia Invite.

Kylie Fritzel and Meredith Bush picked up a victory at No. 1 doubles to finish in seventh place, while teammates Marti McDonald and Kelly Morgan also earned a victory at No. 2 doubles to take seventh.
