Injury Accident

¢ A dispatcher said that at 10:45 p.m. Friday, Lawrence-Douglas County Fire & Medical personnel responded to an accident near the intersection of 23rd Street and Haskell Avenue. All but one medical unit had left the scene, and as of 11 p.m., emergency workers had not transported anyone to a hospital, the dispatcher said.

No additional information about the vehicles involved or the cause of the accident was available.
