¢ Lawrence police arrested a 21-year-old Lawrence man early Sunday on suspicion of pulling a knife on a 25-year-old Tonganoxie man during an argument in an apartment in the 1000 block of Mississippi Street.

¢ Lawrence police arrested two Lawrence men, ages 23 and 24, on suspicion of possession with intent to sell marijuana and cocaine after an officer saw them sitting in a vehicle together Friday afternoon in Burcham Park.

¢ Lawrence Police are investigating a report that a 91-year-old woman living at Vermont Towers, 1101 Vermont St., was not given proper feeding and care by a family member between Wednesday and Saturday.

Burglaries and thefts reported

¢ Someone stole nearly $9,000 in power tools and hand tools from Bud Jennings Carpet One, 2851 Iowa. The theft happened between 8 p.m. Wednesday and 7:15 a.m. Thursday. There was damage to the store’s window seals.

¢ Four saddles valued at about $3,500 total were among the items stolen between 7 p.m. Oct. 4 and 8:45 a.m. Wednesday from a barn in the 1500 section of North 900 road in Baldwin.

¢ An employee is suspected of stealing $10,356 between Feb. 8 and Oct. 5 from Swan Management, LLC, 2300 Wakarusa Drive, according to a report released Monday.

¢ A 19-year-old Kansas University student reported his Dell laptop computer valued at $2,000 stolen between 8 a.m. Sept. 30 and 2 p.m. Oct. 3 from the 1200 block of Ohio Street.
