Lawrence Police said Thursday that in the past 24 hours they handled:

¢ 230 calls

¢ 36 reports

¢ two burglaries

¢ six thefts

¢ seven noninjury accidents

¢ one injury accident

¢ Lawrence Police are investigating the rape of a 22-year-old Lawrence woman.

The woman told police she was raped by two men early Sunday morning at her home in south Lawrence. She said the rape happened after she came home from a party and a group of three men – two of whom were acquaintances – came to her home.

Police have questioned the men, but no arrests had been made as of Thursday, police said.
