The Shannon Martin Invitational, a levels 4-7 men’s gymnastics meet, will be at 3 p.m. Sunday at Kansas University’s Robinson Gym.

Admission proceeds will go to the Shannon Martin Foundation which supports gymnastics scholarships in honor of the former KU student who was killed in 2001 in Costa Rica.

Maria Carvajal-Regidor, who competes for meet host Kansas School of Gymnastics, was this year’s recipient of the Martin scholarship.
