Burglaries and thefts reported

• Someone stole a mislaid laptop computer worth $3,000 from Lot 3 at the Kansas University campus, according to a report. The theft happened between 6:50 p.m. and 7:20 p.m. Feb. 10 and was reported Friday.
• Someone entered a research lab at Nichols Hall on the KU campus and stole a Macintosh G-4 laptop computer valued at $2,000. It happened between Oct. 15 and Jan. 27 but was not reported to KU police until last week.
