Lawrence Police said Tuesday that in the past 24 hours they handled:

¢ 25 reports

¢ one burglary

¢ three thefts

¢ three noninjury accidents

¢ two injury accidents

¢ A 17-year-old woman reported she was raped by a 24-year-old male acquaintance early Sunday morning at her residence in northwest Lawrence. Lawrence Police are still investigating.

¢ Smoke scare, odor of smoke, 10:03 p.m. Monday, 1513 Eddingham Drive.

¢ Smoke scare, odor of smoke, 11:23 p.m. Monday, 1603 W. 15th St.

¢ Excessive heat, scorch burns with no ignition, 11:25 p.m. Monday, 1345 West Campus Road.
