Lawrence High's and Seabury Academy's scheduled boys soccer matches Friday were postponed because of wet grounds.
Seabury's match at Eudora has been rescheduled for 4 p.m. on Oct. 6. Lawrence High's match at Manhattan was rescheduled for Thursday.
The Seahawks' season soccer opener now will be Tuesday against Platte County (Mo.) High in the Kansas City (Mo.) Barstow Invitational. Games are also scheduled Thursday and Saturday in that tourney.
Seabury's volleyball team will open its season Tuesday in a quad at Elwood. The other schools competing will be Kansas School for the Deaf and St. Joseph (Mo.) Christian.
