Brandon Rush, a 6-foot-6 guard from Kansas City, Mo., didn't announce his college destination Tuesday.
"There's no word. We're still waiting on one paper from the NCAA (clearinghouse)," Rush's grandmother, Jeannette Jacobs, said.
Jacobs said she continued to believe Rush was headed to KU. "As far as I know it's definitely KU," she said of his choosing the Jayhawks over Indiana and Illinois provided he is declared eligible by the clearinghouse, perhaps as soon as today.
