Brandon Rush, the 6-foot-6 brother of former Missouri University player Kareem Rush, has yet to pick a college since pulling his name out of the NBA Draft.
Rush, a 20-year-old native of Kansas City, Mo., who attended Mt. Zion Academy the past two years, made a recruiting trip to Illinois on Friday and Saturday.
Rush also has visited Southern California and reportedly plans visits to Indiana and Kentucky.
Scout.com reports there has been some interest between Rush and Kansas University, but the degree of interest is unknown.
Rush still needs to be approved by the NCAA clearinghouse before becoming eligible for a scholarship.
