Topeka ? The Lawrence High girls cross-country squad placed third Saturday at the Topeka West Invitational.

Kelly Renfro was the top Lion finisher, placing seventh in a time of 13:21.8.

The LHS boys placed sixth. Kyle Morgison finished 17th in 17:47.7, and Jacob Kucza was right behind in 18th place (17:51.6).
