Law enforcement report

  • Someone broke three double-paned windows at Cordley School, 1837 Vt., causing an estimated $500 in damage. It happened between 6 p.m. Friday and 8 a.m. Saturday, according to a report.

Burglaries and thefts reported

  • A blue 1990 Chevrolet pickup truck with red flames disappeared from the 3700 block of Clinton Parkway between 11 a.m. Sunday and 6 a.m. Monday. It belonged to a 19-year-old woman who lives in the block. She valued it at $2,000.

Accidents

  • A Lawrence woman was injured Tuesday afternoon in a three-vehicle collision at the intersection of Kansas Highway 10 and the East Hills Drive, according to the Kansas Highway Patrol. Say Pokphanh, 40, was taken to Lawrence Memorial Hospital by ambulance and was treated and released, a nursing supervisor said. Pokphanh, who was driving a 1995 Toyota, was crossing the highway and failed to yield to a westbound 1987 Ford truck driven by Jose Ariguznaga-Orduna, Lawrence, and was struck, the patrol report said. The Ford then struck a 2003 Chevy truck driven by David Heiser, Stilwell.
