Lawrence High juniors Josie Polk and Cherrale Ricks are on the coaches’ All-Sunflower League girls basketball team.

Polk, a 5-foot-10 forward, led the Lions in scoring (16.7 ppg), while Ricks, a 5-8 forward, was second (11.4 ppg). They started every game for LHS (15-6).

Junior Rachael Klingler was named to the second-team, along with Free State sophomore Jamie Stanclift. Stanclift was the leading scorer at 11.9 ppg for the Firebirds (4-21).
