Goff

George and Frances Goff

George and Frances Goff, Lawrence, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a reception from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 10 at their home, 1044 E. 1200 Road.
George Goff and Frances Lynn were married Dec. 11, 1956. George was employed by All Star Dairy for seven years and by FMC for 33 years, retiring as shift supervisor. Frances retired from Lawrence Memorial Hospital after 23 years.
Their children are George and Barb Goff, Baldwin; Vicki Goff Miller and husband, John, Lawrence; and Sheron Eaden, Topeka.
They have seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

David Green II and Lauri Krentz

Lauri Krentz and David Green II, both of Williamsburg, announce their engagement.
The future bride is the daughter of Richard and Helen Krentz, Russellville, Ark. The future groom is the son of Julia Green, Lawrence, and the late David Green.
They work at the Buffalo Ridge Retreat Center outside of Williamsburg. David also teaches at Bethel Christian Academy in Ottawa.
The couple plan a June 2, 2007, wedding in Ottawa.

Kari White and Corey Koester were married Sept. 15, 2006, outdoors at Wild Basin Lodge in Allenspark, Colo., with the Rev. Dr. Sara Maypole officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Kathy Schmaderer, Sioux Falls, S.D., and the late Jim Schmaderer. The groom is the son of Richard and Cindy Koester, Lawrence.
The matron of honor was Sheri Dickens. The best man was Jay Koester. The junior bridesmaid was Katelyn Dickens. Flower girls were Logan White and Mia Koester. Ring bearers were Brandon and Andrew Dickens.
A reception followed at the lodge.
The bride is a 1994 graduate of O'Gorman High School in Sioux Falls and received a bachelor's degree in occupational therapy in 1998 from the College of Saint Mary in Omaha, Neb. She is employed as an occupational therapist for RehabCare Group at Lawrence Memorial Hospital.
The groom is a 1993 graduate of Lawrence High School. He received a bachelor's degree in education in 1997 from Kansas University and a master's degree in physical therapy in 1999 from the KU Medical Center. He is employed as program director for The Center for Rehabilitation at LMH.
The couple reside in Lawrence.

Nancy Milleret and Brice Hultgren were married June 24, 2006, at Oakdale Park in Salina, with Dr. Norm Simmons officiating.
The bride is the daughter of Mark and Melinda Milleret, Linwood. The groom is the son of Leo and Nellie Hultgren, White City.
The maid of honor was Melissa High. Best men were Josh Hill and Brandon Vavra. The bridesmaids were Carole Dawson and Evie Tompkins. The groomsmen were Mike Higley and Matt Diederich.
Ushers were David Milleret, Kevin Hultgren, Wayne Hultgren and Derek Champlin. Flower girls were Kaitlyn Milleret and Katelyn Hill. Guest book attendants were Dana Champlin and Kara Champlin. The flutist was Sarah Smith, and the guitarist was Rachel Grant. The wedding day coordinator was Monica Riggs.
A reception was given at the Salina Bicentennial Center.
The bride is a 2002 graduate of Tonganoxie High School. She received a bachelor's degree in airway science in 2006 from Kansas State University-Salina. She is employed as a co-pilot by Flight Safety Raytheon.
The groom is a 1999 graduate of White City High School and received a bachelor's degree in airway science in 2003 and an associate's degree in business in 2005 from K-State-Salina. He is employed as a pilot at Key Lime Air.

The bride is the daughter of Bob and Debbie Rhoton, Lawrence. The groom is the son of Bill and Denise Ingram, Lawrence.
The maid of honor was Leslie Rhoton. The groom's honor attendants were Chris Ingram and Callie Ingram. The bridesmaids were Natalie Vincent, Ashley Bechard, Laura Karnaze and Stefanie Meert. The groomsmen were Rob Kelm, Jeff Kolich and Matt Asher.
The flower girl was Gabby Tappan. Ring bearer was Carson Tappan. Ushers were Jake Albers, Josh Kropf, Jay Brunner, Sean Brooks and Kyle Kiekel. Scripture readers were Erin Morgan and Lindsay Thomas. Guest book attendant was Lauren Fulmer.

The bride received degrees in English and communication studies from Kansas University. She is employed as a media planner for GlynnDevins Advertising in Overland Park.
The groom attended KU and Johnson County Community College. He is employed as a firefighter and emergency medical technician by the city of Lenexa and is co-owner of Silverleaf Lawn and Landscape in Overland Park.
The couple reside in Olathe.

Red and Blondie Andrew, Lawrence, are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.
They were married Dec. 1, 1956, in Lecompton.
They are graduates of Lecompton High School. Blondie has been a homemaker and works for the Shawnee Heights school district.
Red is a former auto racer and is a member of the Legends of Racing. He also is a farmer and worked as a road maintenance worker for Kanwaka Township.
Their children are Donna and Brian Lang, Darrell and Shannon Andrew, Doug and Angie Andrew, and Debbie and Cork Corcoran, all of Lawrence. They have five grandchildren.

The bride is the daughter of Bill and Erma Riley, Manhattan. The groom is the son of Dee and Joy Poindexter, and Pam and Roger Page, all of Baldwin.
The matron of honor was Heather Lansdowne. The best man was Mike Poindexter. The bridesmaids were Kirstin Kunkel, Megan Spaeth, Tasha Rice and Melissa Fisher. The groomsmen were Andy Wedemyer, Nate Wedemyer, Jim Erhard and Courtney Giron.

Bill and Elizabeth Stephens

Bill and Elizabeth Stephens, Lawrence, celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary with family gatherings at a buffet Nov. 18 at the Eldridge Hotel, a barbecue luncheon Nov. 19 at their home, and a reception for family and the congregation Nov. 19 at Trinity Episcopal Church.
They were married Nov. 19, 1946, at the Presbyterian church in Denton, Texas, and have lived in Lawrence for 40 years.
Bill served in the Navy during World War II and worked for the Reuter Organ Co. and independently as an organ builder and technician. Elizabeth retired from the Kansas University Libraries and has been organist at Trinity Church for 35 years.
Their children are Jay and Marilyn Stephens, Honey Grove, Texas; Cecily and Bob Overby, Pittsburg; Guy and Janet Stephens, Aurora, Ill.; Shirley and Stu Mock, Golden, Colo.; and Amy Monroy, Kansas City, Kan. They have four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
