Graduation ceremonies for Lawrence High, Free State, other public school programs coming up

Hundreds of students from Lawrence public schools will soon be celebrating their graduations. Here are details about the various graduation ceremonies, provided by district spokesperson Julie Boyle.

Lawrence High School graduation:

• 7 p.m. May 23 at LHS Stadium; rain date is May 25, time TBD.

• Approximately 340 graduates.

Free State High graduation:

• 7 p.m. May 24 at FSHS Stadium; rain date is May 25, time TBD.

• Approximately 403 graduates.

Adult Education and Alternative Programming graduation

• 7 p.m. June 1, Lawrence College and Career Center gymnasium.

Community Transition (C-Tran) Program graduation

• 10 a.m. May 19, ESC Leadership and Legacy Room, 110 McDonald Drive.

Lawrence Virtual School graduation

• 1 p.m. May 20, Free State auditorium.

• 125 graduates this year

Project Search Graduation Celebration

• 10 a.m., May 18, Leadership & Legacy Room at district offices, 110 McDonald Dr.
