Wow... I'm the only one that voted yes so far?
You have to try new things or else life becomes quite boring.
As long as the food is prepared by a chef that knows what they are doing with the ingredient I won't hesitate to try it.

Them there foreigners will say things like "It's a delicacy in my country" whereas I say to them "Delicately take it back there,"
It's no accident that offal sounds like awful.

That's the best stuff! Makes me want to go back home to South Texas and order a tripa taco with guacamole.

People freak out about eating brains, intestines, etc...but fail to realize they eat bugs on a daily basis (i.e food colorings, basically everything you put on sundaes, and much more).. plus you never really know what you're eating when you buy meat at the store.

There is nothing better than a plate of chitlins, corn bread, beans, and a coke :)

Not much beyond a good beef tongue and I don't know if that's offal. There's a joint in KCK that serves various pork sandwiches. An ear sandwhich is a "listener", a foot sandwich is a "runner", a snout sandwich is a "rooter" and so on. I've tried them all. Not bad!
