I'd say the biggest issue facing Lawrence, and all of America, is too much sugar, processed, and fast foods, which is not the same as 'affordable health food.'

The food industry is making us fat and sick. It needs to stop and until people wake up and speak out, it won't change.

I had to vote for lack of physical activity. However, I would certainly include in that people being overweight/obese.

based on what I've seen it's obesity. It seems like the average BMI in Kansas is about 35.
Eat healthy. Get exercise.
Life is so much more enjoyable.

worst health care concern is too many do gooders trying to enforce their life style on others. so basically, mind your own beeswax.
