I watched most of it & thought it was wonderful. The Queen is pretty daring for an oldster. Congrats to the Brits for a job well done.

The 9 year old boy segment and Mr. Bean were the highlights of the entertainment section.
While the HHS portion created a new low for such an event. And apparenlty NBC figured they could skip about 100+ nations that participated in the Parade of Nations.
Certainly glad we did our viewing via DVR and the Fast Forward Button.
Lastly....Shame on Knology for not offering the 3D feed which is available and which all the major providers are offering..even WOW has it, but they did not obtain Knology soon enough to implement it into our feed..

"Good evening, Mr Bond." I'm still smiling over that segment. The corgis stole the show. Especially when they got a shot of them looking up at the helicopter. We even rewound it and watched it again. And the Mr. Bean segment was awesome. And the cauldron! All those fires rising to make the cauldron. Awesome.
I wonder what Mitt was thinking when they honored their national health system. And when they brought the torch through a gauntlet of people who worked to build the stadium was he offended? After all the credit should all go to the big whigs, not to those lowly workers. We all know in the US that the big whigs built the stadium. They didn't need no stinkin' workers. They are self made, independent men.

I'd rather be stranded in Branson.

I thought it was incredibly boring, and switched off after less than 20 minutes.

Romney said the Brits were not very organized, so I did not watch it!

I would have liked to but I was out of town. If I were to have been in town I would have gone to watch it at a friend's house because I can't afford cable ;-) Crazy expensive
