Usually a slow-smoked brisket. However due to a key family member's high cholesterol, this year we're going to grill halibut fillets, big, thick ones. Hard to beat a 'but fillet off the grill. Serve with corn on the cob, a big salad, deviled eggs and garlic texas toast.

Steak, some grilled veggies, particularly peppers, a little more steak and then some steak.

Try California or Hawaii (that's in the US, the President was even born there).
