Usually a slow-smoked brisket. However due to a key family member's high cholesterol, this year we're going to grill halibut fillets, big, thick ones. Hard to beat a 'but fillet off the grill. Serve with corn on the cob, a big salad, deviled eggs and garlic texas toast.

Steak, some grilled veggies, particularly peppers, a little more steak and then some steak.

A nice big tuna steak marinaded in sesame oil, rice vinegar, tamari, garlic, habaneros, and orange juice.
