Usually a slow-smoked brisket. However due to a key family member's high cholesterol, this year we're going to grill halibut fillets, big, thick ones. Hard to beat a 'but fillet off the grill. Serve with corn on the cob, a big salad, deviled eggs and garlic texas toast.

I am trying to think of a reply to such an inane statement, but I am totally at a loss.

Try California or Hawaii (that's in the US, the President was even born there).
