No to the library... ...and yes to guns!

Yes to the library, we need to support education, retraining workers and libraries. While I support gun ownership this amendment was too goofy. I want responsibility to go with gun ownership. At least training, we require a drivers license if you want to drive a car, we should require safety training with guns.

It is required in Kansas. How do you form an opinion on something you literally know nothing about?

wow if you guys keep rewriting the ammendment then I can get my bazooka and machine guns on ebay? cool

Wow, ebay requires orange caps on the barrels of toy guns. Now that is another constitutional issue. Just because some cops shot kids because they mistakenly thought the realistic looking old toys were real guns. What pussies. When kids are denied the realism of real looking guns then only kids who have gotten real guns will get accidentally shot. Just not fair.If there was just some way we could educate people about guns. Oh yeah that is according to you unconstitutional, to required education with a loaded gun. I don't think training is unconstitutional, nor do I think education will stop people from misusing the guns, but it might help cut down accidents. Learning gun safety is not unconstitutional. Requiring gun safety is not unconstitutional. Get real.
