Losing season versus winning season...at least our coach doesn't look like a couch anymore. Too bad too many people had it in for Mangino because he was fat.

BigPrune, you sound like Homer Simpson the way you contradict yourself, but it was kinda funny. Hopefully, the score will be close because our players feel the rivalry--so does Missouri.

We never should have fired Mangino. Sure, he was a big boy, but he could coach. And fired for what? He was trying to make that player get his s*** together, yelled at him and maybe poked him with his finger. That's football; it's a rough sport and sometimes the coaches get a little rough when you play like an idiot. Player runs off and tells mommy and daddy. Naive chancellor thinks it's an atrocity. Makes Lew fire our big boy. That was the end of ku football as we knew it.

With an all-time winning percentage of right around 50%, this IS KU football as we knew it.

Doubtful that even Quantrill's massacre would come close to what this year's KU football team is walking into tomorrow.
