Lovely, discrimination at an anti-discrimination meeting for an anti-discrimination policy. Seen that bumper-sticker? KANSAS -AS BIGOTED AS YOU THINK.

Sorry, I can understand the gay part, that's not a choice. Physically changing your body IS a choice, and that opens you up to all sorts of opinions. If I choose to get a facial tattoo, that opens me up to not being able to find a decent job. If you are a guy, and wear womens clothes, that's your CHOICE. Just don't expect ME to hire you if you show up wearing makeup and a stuffed bra.

bblbfolks: what if that person is in the process of getting gender reassignment surgery? Most surgeons will not do gender reassignment surgery until you've lived for a full year as the other sex.

doesn't mean I want to stand next to a guy in a dress at the urinal...and yes, I've seen that. I used to work with a cross dresser. He freaked out the entire office, and most of our customers wouldn't have anything to with him. That hurts business.
