Does Lawrence have any history of tarring and feathering members of the "ruling/governing/employees"?

They could put $1 million into the actual library in its existing building, instead of remodeling a former library so they can have wedding there. What a terrible idea!

Only if they serve beer. Then when I tell the family I am going to the library, it won't be for just a moment.

Of course they should. The building is worth preserving. They can look for grants and tax credits to help.

This is for the Chamber tourism department. The art center managed for years in the building as is.
