So, this woman gets 2nd degree murder and Flores (re: LV CO- Amanda Bixby) only gets fined. There were deaths in both cases - I don't understand. Can someone simply explain the difference in charges?

Should just give her a bullet. Now we, the taxpayers will have to support her for the rest of her life with our hard earn $$.

I support the give her the bullet. I don't understand how the daughter could just be turned loose, she was in the truck that killed 2 people. Isn't that aiding and abetting? In my mind, I'm convinced it was done intentionally. Why go thru traffic control the second time if not for revenge?

She will get about 16 years for each i think, her daughter should do 4 to 8 cause they are both at fault. Cause the scenario i have put together is that she was driving reckless before she hit people. why didn't the daughter not stop her mom? People who work on highways and roads put there life on the line every bit as much as a police officer. If two cops were run down and one seriously injured Sabrina Morgan would not be smiling and free!
