No should be a pretty consistent answere as Lawrence keeps getting bigger, which is not a bad thing, more and more companies come in thinking that they can bully lawrence into getting land for things. The "Boonies" as they are so lovingly called are to be left alone.

Just because speculators purchase property does not guarantee that construction will be allowed for it is NOT the duty of the taxpayer or local government to maximize profits for speculators.

We've got alot of open "business" space in buildings that have NEVER been fully occupied in North Lawrence. I hope this doesn't get approved, use the facilities that are already there.

Pave! Pave! Pave!

Given that the city hasn't done much for our drainage issue, I think we need this project. The bickering between west Lawrence vs downtown has caused North Lawrence issues to get ignored. It is obvious that unless they see more projects and growth up here, North Lawrence will continue to get ignored. If more projects like this are what is required to get basic issues addressed, then bring them on.

Use the existing infrastructure that the city already has. DO NOT approve a project based on greedy land speculators. The taxpayers should not pay for the development. Make the developers pay if they want it!!! It is completely ridiculous to pave over the best farmland in the state.
