Men versus nature? Men lose. Nature will lose out initially but it will get back on you one day.

I find that a badger always seems to do the trick. That or some cayanne powder...

I allow clover and wild strawberry plants to grow in a corner of my backyard. I have a number of other plants and the rabbits have never bothered them. Now squirrels, that's a different story. Those rascals used to sit on my tomato cages and snack. They also love green peppers. I now put corn out for them in the front yard and get my veggies at the farmer's market.
