Andrew Adam Stout, 30, of Ottawa, was one of four victims of a homicide discovered last week at a house about five miles west of Ottawa. Franklin County prosecutors have charged local man Kyle T. Flack, 27, with capital murder in the killings of Stout and three other people, including a young mother and her 18-month-old child.
Steven Eugene White, 31, Ottawa, was identified Wednesday as a victim of the triple homicide discovered earlier this week in rural Ottawa. Originally from Chanute, White was living at the residence with one of the other victims.
