Roy remember that the only tangible step taken after they contacted school officials was the addition of a window in Jackson's office. State laws now in place - but not in 1975 - would have required schools to report the allegations to police.
Karen Wagner, Lawrence, says her son was sexually molested by James Jackson in 2001 during scuba diving lessons. Wagner went to police, and Jackson eventually spent more than 10 years in prison on various criminal charges.
