Fire crews responded to a fire Thursday night around 11:50 p.m. at a building of the Park 25 apartments, 2401 W. 25th St., in Lawrence.
The fire was inside the interior of the building and was quickly extinguished.
Fire crews and police investigated a reported fire at 2400 Alabama at 1:30 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 22. The fire was quickly extinguished, and Lawrence-Douglas County Fire Medical officials found it fit the pattern of other suspicious fires in the area.
Fire crews responded to an arson case at 2507 Redbud Lane at 2:42 p.m. Dec. 21. Investigators found no flames, but a burned area in a stairwell of the apartment building.

Fire crews responded to a suspicious fire at 1809 West 25th Street at 2:27 a.m. Dec. 7. The fire was out when Lawrence-Douglas County Fire Medical firefighters arrived, and investigators found the incident fit the pattern of arsons.
