"Pelada" follows four Americans who traveled to 25 different countries, playing pick-up games with those they encountered. The documentary will be shown Thursday at Liberty Hall, 644 Mass., as part of a fundraiser for the Kaw Valley Soccer Association.

A car came to rest inside the Lawrence Family Vision Clinic, 3111 W. Sixth St., Tuesday afternoon. Two customers inside the store were thrown across the room but not injured. The driver, a 27-year-old Lawrence man, also was not injured.

The old Odd Fellows Hall in Leavenworth has been the home to Davis Funeral Chapel since 1911. The top story of the building was removed after a tornado damaged the building.
