Bob Wandel, 64, has been trying to document most of the Civil War soldiers' headstones at Oak Hill Cemetery. One of the headstones is almost engulfed by a large oak tree.
Bob Wandel has been trying to document most of the Civil War soldiers' headstones at Oak Hill Cemetery. A section of burial plots indicate where some members of a unit called the Colored Infantry were put to rest.
