Janet Sue Harper 1944 - 2005 Orion, Mich.
Visitation services for Janet Sue Harper, 61, Lake Orion, will be from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. Saturday at Modetz Funeral Home in Orion. Memorial services will be at a later date in Lawrence, Kan.Mrs. Harper died Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2005, in Pontiac.She was born July 11, 1944, in McPherson, Kan., the daughter of John and Vera Calwell Smith. She lived in Lawrence for more than 20 years.She married Paul Harper on May 11, 1963. He survives, of the home.Other survivors include a son, Jeffrey Harper; a daughter, Cristy Lemanske; a brother, Roy Smith; a sister, Jeanne Adams; and five grandchildren.The family suggests memorials to the Lupus Alliance of America, 26507 Harper Ave., St. Clair Shores, MI 48081.Online condolences may be sent at <a href="http://"www.modetzfuneralhomes.com">www.modetzfuneralhomes.com</a>.
