Interacting with nature seems to be a theme of an upcoming reading and book signing event at the Raven.

The reading, featuring authors Gail Storey and Priscilla Stuckey, is set for 7 p.m. May 29 at the Raven, 6 E. Seventh St.

Storey is the author of “I Promise Not To Suffer: A Fool For Love Hikes The Pacific,” “The Lord’s Motel” and “God’s Country Club,” as well as a book of poetry and a number of magazine pieces. Her website is gailstorey.com.
