Brian Lee Bailey, 22, who was initially charged with four counts, including attempted aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, in connection with a standoff in November with Lawrence police, did not show up for a scheduled court appearance on Monday in Douglas County District Court. A judge issued a bench warrant for his arrest and set a new bond of $30,000 in the case.
